Frequently asked questions

Is there free parking?

Yes! We've got two full parking lots and an extra lot across the street (thanks to our friends at Microbiologics). That's a ton more parking than last year, complete with attendants to help control traffic. Street parking's also available in the neighborhood to the west.

How big are the unlimited-sample mini-mugs?

They hold 2 to 3 ounces of coffee.

Can I still try the coffees if I don't purchase a mini-mug?

Yes, many vendors will be selling their coffee drinks (in larger traditional sizes), as well.

Is there only pour-over coffee? Or will there be other espresso or milk-based drinks?

While the mini-mug gets you unlimited pour-over coffee samples (which is perfect for tasting all the different roasts), vendors will be selling cold brews, lattes, iced drinks—the like.

What if it rains?

You know what goes great with rain? Hot, cozy coffee! Most vendors will have tents or canopies, and the classes will be indoors. But otherwise, grab your rain jacket and enjoy the festival with a bunch of other coffee-loving outdoorsy Minnesotans.
